Conveniently located near the General store, and Palmetto Dunes pickleball courts. Also very close to the Dunes House and beach entrance.
Overall we had a great time staying at The Village. It's walking distance from the beach, the rooms are a little dated but it beats staying in a hotel. The bike trail near by and the General store were an added bonus that made staying super convenient. If you're into golf there is a golf course next door. However the resort doesnt have a fitness center.
Very relaxing. Great place to visit to play golf, pickleball, and tennis.
Everything about this place is amazing, quite, peaceful and relaxing. Everyone was very helpful, had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend.
We stayed using our timeshare service. The whole area is lovely and well maintained. The people are all friendly and most helpful. The room we stayed in is a bit long in the tooth but still acceptably nice and clean and well maintained. Local activities are numerous and there are plenty of very good places to dine and others to go shopping. Highly recommended.
We LOVED our stay! Yes, it's an older property, BUT it is VERY well-maintained. We had a studio unit for the two of us and it was perfect. We really liked the individual villa concept.The peaked ceilings make the units seem much larger than they actually are. The pickle ball courts, restaurant, general store, pool, bike rentals and tennis courts are all within walking distance of the units. We have stayed at many different timeshare units over the years, some old, some new. This was the nicest older timeshare we have ever stayed at, and plan to return.
Not sure why they do not update the rooms. They are small which is fine with me but as an owner of 2 weeks in 2 different units my maintenance fees have gone up tremendously in the last few years. Some people that I have talked to that own weeks there one gentleman owns 6 different weeks is thinking about just not paying yearly fees and letting there units go back said it would be cheaper to do that then pay all the fees.
Staff could not be nicer. Erik is very knowledgeable. Our unit had been refurbished and was nice. It is an older resort with amazing mature trees. Deer galore walking around. If you enjoy pickle ball or tennis, this is your place. Pretty walk to beach. beach.
